Wine Tasting/Food Paring

After Meeting with the Alan (owner) yesterday. This is going to be fun!!!
I will order 3 or 4 "Vintner's Platter at $16 per platter (serves 4) $4 per personT
The Tasting is going to be $6 per person (will be applied to purchase of wine)
So the initial cost per person is about $10 per person plus whatever else you drink/buy.
Alan and Mike (Wine Maker) will be on hand to give us a HUGE lesson in wine making. The will discuss the process of making wine and how they make it there at Vintner's. They will discuss food and wine paring and how this is done and use the "Vintner's Platter" of food to show. and much much more!
